Do You Think That You Can Abide By The Rules Followed By Hells Angels?

We can’t think of a biker club more famous than this one! The story starts with a group of motorcycle riders in Fontana, California back in 1948. Now with hundreds of characters, the group has since expanded its reach to other countries as well! While a couple of members have broken the law over the years, they have always stuck to their own code of conduct. Read on to see their rules, from how they join the club to what they wear. You will soon learn that it is no joke to be a part of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

The Group Has To Vote You In

On the website, the Hells Angels say that you “probably won’t understand the answer” if you need to ask how to be one of them. The truth is that it can take a couple of years to become a member. This makes sense because you are in it for life if you succeed. Among other things, it is not easy to cultivate a bond with the other people in the charter right away. The rest of the group also has to vote you in before you can be an official member.

You Are A Prospect Before You Can Be A Full Member

An investigative journalist by the name of Julian Sher said that a person trying to join a charter starts as a “hang around.” This is a good name for this position because hang arounds are bikers who get asked to attend events of Hell Angels. They provide a good way for both parties to get a feel for each other. Before you become an official member of the club, you are first deemed a “prospect.” This title is even stitched into the vest! These tentative members are asked to run errands or “gopher work,” as Sher has referred to it.

The Vests Are Considered To Be Sacred Objects

If you want to know if a person is a member of the Hells Angels, check if their vest comes with the insignia. Upon becoming a proper member, the prospect receives a vest that has the name and logo of the group on the back. Julian Sher said that the vests are sacred objects to the members. If a biker is arrested, he has to hand it over to another member to prevent tainting it while in jail. If he is hurt or needs to undergo an emergency procedure, he needs to avoid everything in his power to ensure that it won’t be torn or cut.

They Follow A Dress Code

In reality, there is some slight variation among the charters. However, the members all follow a general dress code. A Hell Angel shared that he was only allowed to wear black shirts, jeans, and vests upon joining the group. There are even charters that do not allow shorts. Even though certain charters wear all-black clothing, others allow camouflage patterns and blue jeans. The design and color codes come in handy when it comes to distinguishing among the members of different charters.

They Do Not Just Ride In Any Order

A Hells Angels group can be pretty big. It is possible for them to take up a whole street as they cruise the roads! However, you might not know that they follow an order as they ride. The charter president and road captain stay at the front. After that, the rest of the group aligns based on their rank and seniority. You are going to find the older members near the front, succeeded by the newer members of the group. Lastly, the prospects are the ones riding in the back.

When Cops Pull One Of Them Over

The team follows a certain order, which is why the entire group stops when one of them is pulled over by a police officer. This does not only help maintain the order, but it also shows that they are all linked. In fact, they function just like a family. If you ever mess with a member, you mess with all of them. We doubt that many people are eager to start a fight with a lot of bikers who are famous for being tough.

The Hells Angels Can’t Work For Prisons

If you know the history between the Hells Angels and law enforcement, you would know why members are not allowed to work for prisons. Aside from that, members can’t become police officers since there is going to be a conflict of interest. The Hells Angels have occasionally been involved in criminal activity. The group is dedicated to freedom in the way that they have their own rules to follow. You can see why these careers are not exactly going to make such an outlook viable.

You Are Not Allowed To Talk About Other Members

Aside from that, members of the Hells Angels are not allowed to join law enforcement since the group follows a discretionary policy. Any member that rats out on a brother is going to be expelled! On the website, Hells Angeles explained, “We do not answer questions about members.” This applies to missing ones as well. The secrecy is put in place in an effort to protect the embers. Loyalty is something that they value above everything.

Once A Member, Always A Member

Keep in mind that once you are in, you are a member for life. Members do not retire. They are only ever kicked out if they break a rule. The charter basically becomes your second family. The members of the group spend plenty of time with each other. It must help that many members already know each other for a long time even before they become official members. When a Hells Angel passes away, the entire crew unites to honor the memory of their brother.

Not Allowed To Talk To The Media

Since they are secretive in their dealings, the members of the Hells Angels are not allowed to speak with the media. This does not just protect the group, but it also enforces the rules that members do not talk to outsiders about one of their own. Julian Sher explained that members are not allowed to talk about their codes since it is part of their security measures. The group is able to bring down the risk of leaked information by keeping things among themselves.

The Hells Angels And Harley Davidson

You can’t just be a regular old biker if you want to be a part of the Hells Angels. No, you need to be a certain kind of motorcyclist. As we mentioned earlier, the recruitment process can go on for years since they need to screen members. Among other things, a prospective member needs to own a Harley Davidson. Aside from the vest, this is one of the things that the group is best known for. This is important since this plays a huge part in the identity of the Hells Angels.

Thousands Of Miles Per Year With Each Other

The website says that the members of the Hells Angels ride about 20,000 km together per year. This is equal to over 12,000 miles. Members have to be real motorcycle fanatics if they want to fit in. Among other things, the bike has to be their primary mode of transportation. Even though they treat each other like brothers, the foundation of their connection would be their love of bikes. For these people, riding is the ultimate expression of freedom and liberation. They have no qualms riding for hours on end!

Attendance At Club Events Is Important

Anyone who is fascinated with the Hells Angels will probably go crazy over the opportunity to attend their events and activities. Members who are not present at hangouts and meetings pretty much show that they do not understand the point of the brotherhood. The biker club is strict when it comes to attendance. Those who keep missing events are considered disrespectful in their eyes. There is a good chance that those people won’t survive the “hang around” part of the recruitment process!

Members Are Treated Just Like Family

Why are the Hells Angels so interested in gatherings anyway? First of all, it allows them the opportunity to be more like a family. They do not only get to ride motorbikes, but they also get to spend time with people who are passionate about the same thing. Mind you, the bond among them is not only about a shared excitement over bikes. After all, the Hells Angels follow a belief system and a way of life of their own.

Not Allowed To Join A Different Biker Club

The members of the group share a deep connection that is supposed to last an entire lifetime. Aside from the bond, they are also committed. This means that members are not allowed to join a different biker club. Together with this, they have to be mindful of those that they associate with. “Never combine your support to Hells Angels with other clubs, street gangs, or others if you are unaware of the relationship between those others and the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club,” said the website. This means that a member has to support something only if it fits with the beliefs of the group.

It Is A Brotherhood First And Foremost

The Hells Angels is a brotherhood, which is the reason that you will only see men sport the vests with the death head symbols. Even though they do not really accept women as members, they still play a role in the club. Many members, after all, have spouses and children. If a man is going to be in a charter, the partner should understand and accept the lifestyle that comes with membership in this tough biker club.

How To Start A New Charter

When it comes to charters, it is impossible to create a new one overnight. Here is what the website says: “Motorcycle Clubs consist of people who have ridden together for years, live in the same area, are known by the community, have runs and parties, and are a brotherhood.” Before opening a new charter, the club should have been around for years or even decades. This is the only time that you should think of turning it into a Hells Angels charter. If you are ready to do so, you don’t need to ask how.

What Happens When One Breaks The Rules

Members who break the rules of the club will likely regret their decision. The Hells Angels is a secretive and loyal brotherhood, so it does not sound like a good idea to betray the group. According to Julian Sher, there were instances when they burned off tattoos of former members who somehow broke the rules. But the worst punishment has to be expulsion from the club. This involves the total banishment from the rest of the members, after all.

Grammar Nerds Need Not Point Out The Missing Apostrophe

If you are pedantic about grammar, you have probably already noticed the missing apostrophe. Allow us to explain if you have not caught onto it just yet. It should be “Hell’s” and not “Hells.” Considering the fact that the group does not really care much about the rules, it makes perfect sense to us. “Yes, we know there is an apostrophe missing but it is you who miss it. We don’t,” they say on the website. On top of that, a movie called Hell’s Angels had already been released before the biker club was launched.

You Can Buy Merch To Support Them

Members do not particularly like the fact that people wear the Hells Angels insignia despite not being a part of it. However, it is possible to buy their merch to help them out. The biker club runs a support shop that you can support to show your appreciation for their lifestyle. It is a good way to funnel in funding to the local charters. When they sell more merch, they can hold more events for the bikers and members.

Members Are Not Allowed To Use Illegal Substances

You might be shocked to hear this one since it does not seem to match their tough guy reputation. No matter what you might think, the biker club requires members of the group to stay sober. In reality, they are strict when it comes to the use of illicit substances among them. “All ‘contact or use of [substances] is strictly forbidden’ as is the use of needles ‘for pleasure,’” says a Toronto charter of the club.

You Need Their Permission To Link To Their Website

This is one more rule that you might be shocked to hear about. Did you know that you need express written consent before you link to their website? It only goes to show just how protective the Hells Angels is of the members. Here is what the website has to say about it: “You may not establish and/ or operate links to this website without the prior written consent of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time at the Hells Angels MCs own discretion.”

Prospects Are Not Allowed To Retaliate Against The Hazing Process

There is an important rule that you need to follow once you enter the Hells Angels as a prospect. You are not allowed to retaliate against the hazing process. This is a huge one since there is a chance that the process will be violent. According to the bylaws of the club, this is done not to belittle prospective members but to test their character. Anyone who breaks this rule is deemed unworthy to be a member.

Outsiders Are Not Allowed To Wear Official Merch

Even though supporters of the club can buy merch, the club members are the only people allowed to sport official merch. This is a rule that the Hells Angels takes very seriously. You should never wear merch in an attempt to impersonate a member of the biker club. If you are ever caught doing this, you might as well expect retaliation from them. It is possible to support the biker club, but only if you do it right.

Their Patches Are Also Sacred

As the members of the group grow and go through the ranks, they receive patches. These items are often seen to be sacred symbols that need to be treated with the utmost respect and care. The Hells Angels members have to follow strict rules when it comes to protecting these objects. In fact, there are even rumors saying that they are not supposed to allow doctors to cut through them no matter what.

Consent Is Always Required

How neat is it to hear that the Hells Angels expect their members to always show restraint and respect? It might have a tough reputation going on, but it enforces strict rules on how to interact with the ladies. A member must always get consent. It is unacceptable to take advantage of a woman. The Hells Angels follow a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to this rule. Any member that breaks it is going to regret this.

No Talking Even About Missing Members

Even though the group is respectful, it prefers to be secretive. As we have mentioned earlier, it is also super protective of the members. The protection applies to members of the club who went missing as well. As we all know, the Hells Angels do not talk to the media about one of its own. On top of that, the members are not allowed to discuss fellow brothers with people outside the club! They follow this rule to shield their privacy and protect one another from members of law enforcement if necessary.

When It Comes To Driving Non-Harleys

When it comes to their bikes, it is believed that the Hells Angels members are only allowed to use Harley Davidsons. We even told you that it is one of their rules. Even though the majority of charters indeed follow it, certain charters are fine with members riding other bikes as long as they are American made. Among other things, they allow Buell Motorcycles, which is a brand that started in Wisconsin in 1983.

The Club Should Be Your First Priority

Anyone who becomes a member of the Hells Angels is considered family right away. This means that no matter what happens, the club should be your first priority. As a member, you will get voting rights. The others will expect you to put the biker group above everything else. It is truly a lifetime commitment, which is why one needs to make his wife or partner understand their priorities. If you want to be a proper member of the club, you need to embrace everything that comes with it as well.

Cultural Diversity Is Not Yet Widely Accepted

The Hells Angels Motorcycle Club has always been rooted in its own history and rules. It has only begun to be more culturally diverse in recent years. In the past, the members of the club had primarily been of Caucasian descent. There are also a lot of folks with Hispanic heritage in the mix. The cultural diversity of the group differs from one charter to another. It is worth noting that some charters are still as strict as ever.

Strict Rules They Follow During Club Meetings

When members of the club get together for meetings, they have to follow certain rules. The guidelines have since become known as Robert’s Rules of Order. They were invented in 1876. At first, they were supposed to be used in business meetings. However, they were later introduced to the Hells Angels. These rules help make the meetings democratic. Among others, they need to stick to the agenda, can ask questions, and only interrupt when need be. Anyone who breaks the rules pays a fine of $100.

Prospects Are Tasked To Do The Dirty Work

Do you want to be a part of the Hells Angels? If so, you need to hang around the group first. You turn into a prospect if they notice you. These people then go on a trial run, working with the members until they are deemed worthy of a vest. When you see a Hells Angels member without the insignia or color on the vest, they are probably a prospect. They are often tasked to run errands for the members. Among other things, they set up meeting rooms prior to the arrival of the members. They only become full members once they are given the logo on the vest!

Only One Group To Rule An Area

Did you know that only certain groups can ride through certain areas? If a group “claimed” an area, the others must respect this. The other gangs are not allowed to stay in that spot unless they are driving through it or are members of the Hells Angels. The group has rival motorcycle clubs like the Outlaws Motorcycle Club. In case a Hells Angels charter hangs around a certain area, other clubs do not get to claim the territory. There are also places where the groups visit separate hospitals to avoid each other!

They Also Run Charities

Are you surprised to hear that the group runs charities every now and then? You might think that they are dangerous, but they hold Toys for Tots toy drives every year. There was a time when they gave 200 bikes to Poverello House. It is a nonprofit that helps the homeless. The motorcycle club often rides for charity as well! At any rate, the members of the Hells Angels know that people have no idea that they do these things. “When we do right, nobody remembers. When we do wrong, nobody forgets,” they said.

Respect Them And They Will Respect You

There is no need to be scared when you talk to a member. After all, respect is very important to them. Treat them well, and they will do the same to you. In the past, journalists have said that they are “incredibly welcoming” and “inviting.” The Hells Angels members also help out in their neighborhood and even extends a hand to strangers. You should not expect any problems with them as long as you stay respectful. We do not recommend behaving otherwise.

They Do Security For Concerts Too

Have you ever seen Hells Angels members at the concert grounds? Do not worry. The truth is that they usually work as security in these events. It all started in 1961. George Harrison got a few members from a San Francisco chapter to work for the Beatles during a concert in London. The rock band went on to respect the bikers. Various bands have since hired the group for security! It must be awesome to go to concerts and get paid to do so. This is also a great opportunity for them to show their pride in the club.

Honoring A Late Member

The Hells Angels are focused on motorcycle riding, so it is inevitable for accidents to happen. If a member dies, the members do everything they can to keep their memory alive. The brothers will ride with their photos, tell stories during meetings, and hang up posters. In 2019, a young member called Clay Hubbard died on his 21st birthday no less. His mom had been the one to share the news with the club. Even though she was intimidated at first, they comforted her through it and prayed with her. To show her gratitude, she gave them a bracelet that would let her son “ride along with them on their rides.”

They Are Big On Community Involvement

The members of the Hells Angels do not just operate within their group. In fact, they value community involvement, which is why members attend local events and charities. They also like to support local shops and bars in the area. There was a time when a Hells Angels charter learned that the local bar was trying to raise funds for SELF School, a nonprofit that donates educational material to cancer patients and disabled kids. The Hells Angels got to work right away and raised money for this initiative. This is one of the many things that they do for their communities.

The Brand Is Very Important To Them

As you can tell by now, the members of the Hells Angels take their brand very seriously. They are willing to do everything to protect their name. While you probably find their rules a little too violent, the club follows the law as well. In fact, the club has even sued a couple of big companies in an effort to protect their own brand. The list includes Disney! This happened after the release of Wild Hogs.

Following Rules Of Their Own

The most important rule that they follow might be this one: they follow their own rules. They do not concern themselves with the rules created by society. If you join the Hells Angels, you are going to start doing the same thing. Here is an excerpt from a publication about the motorbike club: “They, of course, didn’t have jobs, they despised everything that most Americans pursue – stability, security. They rode their bikes, hung out in bars for days at a time, fought with anyone who messed with them. They were self-contained, with their own set of rules, their own code of behavior. It was extraordinary.”

Where And When It All Began

In general, it is widely accepted that the Hells Angels was officially formed on the 17th of March 1948 in Fontana, California. The Bishop family and a couple of other veterans from the Second World War got together to found it. Prior to this, they had been members of different post-war motorbike clubs. Even though there had been criminal reports, the group claims that it got its start with young men missing the camaraderie among soldiers and feeling stagnant. Bikes were also affordable thanks to military surplus.

But where did the name of the club even come from? It is believed that it came from the suggestion of Arvid Olson, someone who the founding members knew. He served in the Hell’s Angels squadron of the Flying Tigers, which was active in China during the war. It was not uncommon for American soldiers to give interesting and fierce nicknames to their squadron during the First and Second World Wars.

More Charters Popped Up Across California

During its early years, the Hells Angels expanded across California pretty quickly. Ralph “Sonny” Barger, the founder of the Oakland charter, said that the earliest charters in the state were founded in Oakland, San Francisco, Fontana, Gardena, and several lesser-known areas. Back then, the charters did not concern themselves with the others and did not even know about the existence of the other charters! In the ‘50s, the different groups finally came together to establish a huge organization. This was also when they implemented a system that involves admission criteria and its internal codes.

An Important Part Of Counterculture

In the ‘60s, the Hells Angels went on to be a huge part of the counterculture movement, in California and in other states. They had been big in the Haight-Ashbury district in San Francisco, where they often attended social and music events. A number of members were also associated with the leading figures in art and music such as Allen Ginsberg, Ken Kesey, Jerry Garcia, the Rolling Stones, the Merry Pranksters, the Grateful Dead, and more.

They Do Not Enjoy The Bad Reputation

The Hells Angels, and a couple of other motorcycle clubs, consider themselves to be a one-percenter biker club. The phrase dates back to 50 years ago. It operates on the saying that one percent of troublemakers give all the other bikers a bad name. This is supposed to separate them from the negative stereotypes that surround biker gangs and particularly the Hells Angels. But over the years, a number of members have been convicted on various charges like selling narcotics and even murder.

International Charters Continue To Open

At first, the Hells Angels had been based in California. The international expansion started in 1961. That was the year were the first international charter was founded in Auckland, New Zealand. It paved the way for the motorcycle club abroad. In 1969, the club had its first charter in Europe with the opening of its London charter. At the moment, there are over 275 charters in the European continent alone. Since the ‘70s, charters have been established in South Africa, Brazil, Australia, and more. The group continues to expand to new parts of the globe to this day.

What The Hells Angels Wear

The members of the Hells Angels have a way of informing others who they are. After all, they are almost always wearing a denim or leather “cut.” This is slang for a motorcycle vest. The cut carries different patches like Hells Angels on the back, together with the name of the charter at its bottom. A full member is also going to have the red and white “death head” logo, the number 81, and the letters HAMC. The initials stand for Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, while the number stands for the letters H and A as the eighth and first letters of the alphabet. As a person stays in the club, they also get more patches for certain milestones and the like.

How To Become One Of Them

If you need us to spell it out for you, it is no mean feat to be a member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. The application process can as long as a couple of years. First of all, you need a valid motorcycle license, a Harley Davidson bike with more than 750 CC, and a personality that jives the rest of the members. You can’t join if you have applied to be a prison guard or a police officer in the past. People with child molestation accusations are banned as well. These are the guidelines known to the public.

When You Are A Hang-Around

Once you are deemed eligible, you can now start the process as a “hang-around.” It serves as the first part of the process. A candidate will then be invited to certain club meetings or other events held at open gathering venues. As a hang-around, you will get the opportunity to meet the rest of the members, get a feel for the lifestyle, and make connections with the official members of the motorbike club.

Being A Prospect Is The Next Step

If a hang-around remains interested after all this, he will then be asked to be an associate. This part of the process involves a couple more years hanging out with the members, attending events, and showing the rest of the club what they are made of. Once an unspecified amount of time goes by, it is now possible to be a prospect. Even though prospects are allowed to join closed meetings, they can’t vote on club matters just yet. They can wear a cut that has the patch with the territory or state of the club. Prospects are tested by the members who make the final call whether to initiate them as fully-patched members of the Hells Angels.

A Unanimous Vote Is Required After That

The last step of the process involves a voting among the members. Before this can happen, all the members of the charter need to vote the prospect in as a fully-patched member of the Hells Angels. Prior to the actual voting, the prospect normally goes to all the charters in the area to show his devotion to the club and introduce himself. Once he is voted in by the charter, he will receive the top Hells Angels winged death head logo and rocker at the initiation ceremony. This is the only time that he can consider himself as a full member of the club. The process in question is also known as “being patched.”

The Dequiallo And Filthy Few Patches

In a book called “Gangs,” author Tony Thompson said that the members of the club can earn patches by doing specific deeds. There is the Nazi-like SS one with lightning bolts and the words “Filthy Few.” It is believed that a member can get one of these if they have committed murder for the club or is willing to do so. Aside from that, there is also the “Dequiallo” patch, which is worn by people who have displayed violence towards law enforcement as they were being arrested. There are more secretive patches that members wear to show how dedicated they are to the club or what they have accomplished.

Their History With Hunter S. Thompson

Did you know that Hunter S. Thompson started his career with the help of the biker club? While he was working on a book called “Hells Angels: The Strange and Terrible Saga of the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs,” he lived with the members for a year. He followed the same lifestyle and even rode a motorbike with them! Sadly, he ended up having a falling out with the Hells Angels. He tried to prevent a man from hitting his wife but fell on the receiving end it instead. On top of that, the club accused the writer of exploiting them for his personal gain and asked for money. In the end, he did not pay them anything.

What Happened At The Altamont Concert

During a 1969 concert at the Altamont Speedway, the club worked as event security. Even though no one knows for sure who hired the Hells Angeles, the general consensus among the attendees and the musicians was that it was not a good idea. They beat up rowdy concertgoers, but things got even worse when a man called Meredith Hunter took out a pistol. The members of the Hells Angels attacked him right away. A member called Alan Passaro even fatally stabbed him as he was on the ground. The Hells Angels member was arrested for murder but got acquitted because he did it in the name of self-defense.

Sons Of Anarchy Is Inspired By The Club

If you watch Sons of Anarchy, you must have been thinking about it as you were reading this article. After all, many of the things that happen on the show have been based on the history of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. As a matter of fact, the show has featured real members such as Rusty Coones, Sonny Barger, Chuck Zito, and David Labrava. Kurt Sutter, the creator of the show, even hired Labrava to be the technical advisor in an attempt to make things as accurate and as realistic as possible. Aside from that, he also worked in front of the camera by playing a character by the name of “Happy.”

The Face Of The Hells Angels

Sonny Barger has actually made a name for himself as the authority figure and the face of the club. While every charter has a president of its own and is self-governed, he is the person that every member looks up to. It makes sense if you know that he is an original founding member and the president of the Oakland charter. He continues to ride his bike at the age of 81! This means that he has the longest membership of any member of the club. Despite this, he has been able to avoid prison for the vast majority of his life. The exception to this would be the four years that he served for an attempt to blow up the clubhouse of a rival gang in 1988. He has appeared in various TV shows and films over the years.

Even though Sonny Barger is considered the face of the good side of the club, Maurice Boucher is the opposite. Also called Mom, he is among the most infamous ex-presidents in the history of the Hells Angels. Boucher served as the president of the Montreal charter during the Quebec Biker War, which went on for eight years. He is now serving not just one but three life sentences after he was convicted on charges of drug trafficking and murder. He used to be a member of the SS, a white supremacist biker gang. Aside from these things, he was also the person in charge during the Lennoxville Massacre.

They Have Filed Many Lawsuits In The Past

Over the years, the Hells Angels have become less of a club of guys passionate about motorcycles and more of a corporation of sorts. The members have been involved in a fair amount of legal battles. In 2007, the club sued Disney for the use of their logo in a film called Wild Hogs without asking for permission. On top of that, they also sued Alexander McQueen for misusing the trademark symbol with the winged death head in 2010. In the same year, they filed a lawsuit against Zappos.com and Saks Fifth for similar offenses. In 2012, the club sued Toys ‘R’ Us for selling yo-yos with their death head logo on it. The truth is that these are only the most notable lawsuits that they have filed over the years. As you can see, the club takes its branding very seriously.

The Former President Of The Ventura Charter

George Christie used to be the president of the Hells Angels charter in Ventura, California. He was even one of the longest-serving presidents in the club’s history! However, he left in 2001 under pretty questionable circumstances. The rumors claim that he had been working with the police and earned a bad reputation among the other members. In 2013, however, he received a year in prison after he was linked to the extortion and firebombing of a Ventura tattoo shop After that, he teamed up with the History Channel to work on a show called Outlaw Chronicles. Unfortunately, he passed away at the age of 39 in August 2015.

He Was Banned At The County Fair

In 2003, George Christie was denied entry to the Ventura County Fair. This was not the first time that it had happened since this was also the case in the year before that. He was banned for attempting to break the policy about banning tattoos and gang attire. “This is a constitutional thing for one, but it goes far beyond that,” he said. “This is not something I take lightly or something I just do on weekends. I’m a Hells Angel 24 hours a day. I’ve dedicated my life to it, and I equate that to religion.”
